Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams did not miss the chance to stun their audience. What happened on stage was more than passionate.
While receiving the award for the best kiss at the MTV Movie Award, the partners repeated their most romantic scene from “The Notebook” film. Even the colleagues of the actors could not suppress their surprise and emotions seeing those two hugging and kissing. Although Ryan and Rachel were considered one of the most beloved couples at the time, they eventually broke up.
In one of his interviews, Gosling mentioned their feelings ran deeper than anyone could imagine.
“It introduced me to one of the great loves of my life. But people do Rachel and me a disservice by assuming we were anything like the people in that movie. Rachel and my love story is a hell of a lot more romantic than that.”
