Jason Statham’s career could have cost him dearly. The British actor went through an ordeal of his life.
Jason revealed that he almost died during “The Expendables” filming in Bulgaria. The truck’s brakes gave in, and the vehicle plunged 60 feet into the Black Sea with the actor behind the wheel.
During an interview, Statham said the waters were so slimy he couldn’t see anything. The situation worsened because the celebrity was wearing heavy boots, a uniform, gun belts, and many items. Luckily, he was a professional diver and knew how to adjust.
Sylvester Stallone was sincere about the incident, mentioning anyone else would surely drown if they were in the colleague’s place.
"If anyone else had been in that truck we would have been dead because we were all wearing heavy boots and gun belts. We would have drowned. But because Jason is an Olympic-quality diver he got out of it.”
