The actress had an unusual backup plan.
Although now Angelina Jolie much more differs from her explosive youth self, it is still a stretch to think of her darker sides. At one point, the celebrity chose to pursue an odd profession no one could expect.
During the “60 Minutes” interview, the actress revealed that she once considered the profession of a funeral director.
The star got inspired to enter the trade after attending the disappointing service at her grandfather’s funeral. Jolie was very serious about her intentions and even obtained a certificate on the subject.
“It sounds like this very strange, eccentric, dark thing to do but in fact I lost my grandfather and was very upset with his funeral. How somebody passes and how family deals with this passing and what death is should be addressed in a different way. If this whole acting thing didn't work out, that was going to be my path…I Thought I could do better, so I got a home course when I was about 14. I did a mail-order degree."
