Rihanna’s fans loved the iconic “Umbrella” hit so much they were ready to take steps detrimental to own health. During one of her performances, the star was forced to stop the crazy moves through prohibition.
NME reported that the singer banned umbrellas from her concerts based on security concerns.
One of the guards in Aberdeen revealed they were taking precautions over a potential accident. As Rihanna’s song featured dancing with umbrellas, they didn’t want the crowd to follow her actions and get injured.
"We were told that Rihanna's song features dancing with umbrellas on stage. We didn't want the crowd following her actions and someone getting their eye poked out."
