Rihanna Got Recognized while Getting Her Bikini Waxed

One would consider Rihanna’s preferences in intimate hygiene odd. However, the artist’s sad experience assured her that booking an old Russian lady was quite justified.
During “The Graham Norton Show”, Rihanna recalled a story when she got recognized by a young girl who was waxing her bikini parts. Almost every woman would agree the situation was uncomfortable. The “Umbrella” hitmaker was totally embarrassed laying there naked and hearing the waxer say her name.
Afterward, the musician confessed this was why she preferred to have an old Russian specialist.
“Every time I get a wax I specify that the lady is old and speaks no English, but this was a 25-year-old American. She recognized me before I took my clothes off, and couldn’t wait until we were alone so she could ask for an autograph or a picture. So I’m lying there and in pain and she’s like, ‘I know who you are! You’re Rihanna!’ It was probably one of the most awkward moments of my life. I got up and got outta there and said, ‘Don’t ever bring me back here! I told you, old and Russian!’”
