Prince Williams Was Replaced with a Doll before Taking His First Photo

Being born into a royal family is a true blessing. Everything is done to minimize your discomfort, and Prince William has known this since the first days of his life.

Two black-and-white photos are found on the Internet. In one of them, the still young and happy Princess Diana and Prince Charles pose with their first-born William. In the second frame, Lady Sarah Armstrong-Jones and the assistant to the photographer stand holding a doll. This picture was taken a day or two before the family shoot.

Apparently, Anthony Armstrong-Jones asked his daughter and colleague to pose to adjust the lights in the studio and set the overall composition. Considering that photographing children can be unpredictable and wanting to avoid tormenting baby William and his parents, the professional decided to rehearse the official portrait shooting in advance.
