Singer Grimes needed a change. She loved being unpredictable and fun, so she took to Twitter to reveal her decision.
Originally born Claire Boucher, Grimes announced that she would switch her name to just c, which is the measurement for the speed of light in a vacuum. She also specified the name would be lowercase and italicized.
“i’m legally changing my name from claire to ‘c’ , as in the speed of light. { lowercase and italics} ___ this will be much better.”
