The brand found its key to success.

Nike put more value on the Hollywood star than on a thousand workers. The company spent a tremendous amount of money on celebrity promotion.

Michael Jordan earned more dollars annually from the footwear company than its entire crew of Malaysian employees. The athlete had been a partner at Nike since 1984, and the sports giant secured him an income of more than $60 million a year. If we compared this to the workers’ salaries, we could easily confirm the basketball player got multiplied sums.

About 1200 employees at Hytex University have produced T-shirts for Nike for the past 14 years. The employees worked at a fee of $375, so the total earning was about $1.89 million for a factory.
