Before taking a morning shower, Marilyn would always put milk on the stove. When it got heated, the actress broke two raw eggs, beat them with a fork, and combined the ingredients.
She drank a protein-rich drink while getting dressed. Monroe believed it was the perfect breakfast when you had no free time. In the late afternoon, the beauty chose a steak, lamb chop, or liver, with four or five raw carrots as a side dish.
The diva wasn’t only a protein eater. One of Monroe’s favorite routines was frequenting pastry shops, where she ate ice cream with hot caramel. The actress calmly indulged in a calorie-dense dessert as she drove home from acting classes.
