How to Appear Beautiful on Passport Photo

“You turned out as if you were photographed for a passport” is the worst thing one can hear from friends while looking at joint pictures. However, now it’s possible to take such a passport shot that can be put on the “user profile” on social networks and collect a bunch of likes.

1 Use a thick foundation: The tone for a passport photo should follow the same rules as theatrical makeup. It should not be natural but dense and cover even non-existent flaws.

2. Contouring will help: Highlight the cheekbones. Darken the forehead’s contour and the nose’s wings, and apply a highlighter to the middle of the forehead.

3. Underlines the eyebrows: The photo “eats up” the color. So don’t be afraid to make your eyebrows a little brighter and wider—the key word being a little.

4. Focus on the eyes: A suitable option is a soft smoky look. Or better yet, draw the eyelash contour with a pencil.

5. Do not paint your lips with bright lipstick: The ideal lipstick for a passport photo is dusty pink or nude, one and a half or two shades lighter than the tone of your lips.
