The star’s fans at the Astroworld Festival in Houston came for a memorable concert, but got continuation with disastrous consequences instead. According to Houston Fire Chief Samuel Peña, panic broke out after the crowd began to press towards the front of the stage.
The rapper stopped performing when he saw fans in distress. About 10 people died, and many of them were injured. During his first interview since the incident, Scott said he wasn’t completely aware of what had happened until after the concert.
“I didn’t know the exact details until minutes before the press conference.”
